'American Pickers' Derby Episode To Air Soon Shelton, CT Patch

DERBY, CT — An episode of "American Pickers" featuring a Derby treasure trove of antiques frozen in time will air soon. Mike Wolfe and Frank Fritz visited a former Derby Italian grocery store that closed in 1954, according to the Connecticut Post. The store area of the building remained untouched for years. Matt Catalono's great-great uncle Antonio Voccia ran the store and his great aunts lived in the area above the store. His last surviving aunt died last year.
