Photo Gallery Question 7 Months, 1 Week ago

I just stopped by to see how this site and the group has progessed over time. Overall it looks pretty good !!!
I am wondering about one item. The Photo Gallery. Is this a Photo/Camera Club or a car club. I've seen some great pictures of some great V-dubs. Problem is I don't know anything about the cars themselves. I can tell you about the camera and the speed and all, but thats not why we are here!

Thanks for the constructive criticism, I do appreciate any ideas to help better the site.
I have been pondering what to do with the photo gallery since it is getting large and it is the most popular attraction of the site. Thus the surveys about the gallery and the method of photo taking.
In the distant past I had the time to post photos and put the names and info of the vehicle. But, now I bring my 4 year old to the shows and that has lead me to take quick photos of the vehicles while walking at a brisk pace through the field. The bonus from that has been that I get a photo of everyones vehicle, even ones not in...show...condition. Viewers do appreciate the high rez photos of their cars since they may not have the equipment do have that done.
I have been in discussion with the CVA staff to change that and go back to multiple photos with details from the owner of just choice cars, as well as more multiple car shots, owners and their cars, and "creative/detail" shots to show off the work that owners are doing to their cars.
My trouble in the past has been that it is difficult to take notes during the show/photo shoot and the owners don't always follow up to give the details about their vehicles.
I have opened the photo gallery to all CtVwA.com registered users to create their own personal gallery that they may post photos and comments as they wish. That has yet to be utilized by anyone other than myself...This winter I will post front page instructions on how to do that so maybe we will get a few owners to do that.
If you are volunteering to help I would welcome the feedback/effort!
